In 2019, 838 youth participated in Polk County 4-H

  • 838 were in volunteer-led clubs
  • Polk County 4-H, in partnership with other Florida counties, created six summer virtual adventure camps and served 1,131 youth all over the nation

  • Polk County 4-H hosted its first ever virtual exchange program with 18 total youth from Florida, Colorado, Tennessee, and Texas

  • 128 adults and 125 teens volunteered

  • 42 community and in-school clubs

Partnerships for youth education are being made all over Polk County:

  • 4-H has forged new relationships with donors and sponsors.
  • Polk County 4-H is teaming up with like-minded youth serving organizations to share resources and maximize positive impacts.
